Judo section

The judo department is one of the most popular initiatives of the club. Judo is a martial art based on the principles of gentleness and efficiency, which allows you to use your opponent's strength and weight against yourself. Students of the Dziudo section have the opportunity to learn various techniques, improve their physical fitness and participate in internal and external competitions.

The judo section of the Plinko Martial Arts Club is the venue, where you can find your calling by learning one of the most effective self-defense forms. Judo is a martial art based on the principles of gentleness and effectiveness, where the opponent's strength is used against himself. Our experienced and dedicated Instructors will help you master various techniques and improve your coordination, develop strength and flexibility, self-confidence and self-discipline.

Asta

Head Coach

Asta has more than 15 years of experience in judo. She holds 4 Danish black belts and has been active in international competitions for many years. Her extensive experience allows her to help students develop their potential, give individual advice and help them improve their technique.

Andrius Juozapavičius

trainer-instructor

Andrius holds a 2nd dan belt and is a certified judo instructor. He has extensive experience working with children and beginners, helping them to master basic techniques and laying a solid foundation for further development. He is caring towards his students and encourages them to succeed in the sport.

Vilma Petraitienė

physical training instructor

Vilma is a physical fitness instructor and psychologist. This helps athletes to really strengthen their physical shape and prepare for competitions. She also builds up the students' psychological strength, helps them manage stress and maintain their confidence on the mat.
